At this time, we are not in network with any insurance companies. All testing is provided as a cash service only, and we accept cash and check for payment. We can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement once all balances have been paid. Please note that we do not communicate with insurance companies directly. In addition, educational/academic testing and testing for ADHD are not covered by any insurance company. 

Please note that any forensic or Court ordered services are NOT covered by insurance, and therefore superbills will not be provided.
