Mandy Hayes, M.S.

Mandy Hayes is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2010. Mandy received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut followed by a Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. Mandy has experience with all ages and populations from her time working in an Outpatient Clinic, Choices substance abuse prevention college counseling programs, residential group homes for adolescents and residential homes for the homeless population. Mandy utilizes a combination of Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy suited to each individuals needs via a strength based approach. Mandy has a strong passion for working with individuals suffering from low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD and anger management. Mandy enjoys working with individuals to help them attain their goals while learning how to effectively manage any mental health issues they may be struggling with.
